The undersigned hereby affirmatively states and acknowledges the following in consideration for participation in the Xtreme Redfish Trail (XRT).

 1. Participation is any XRT event is voluntary.

 2. I will abide by all XRT tournament rules, and federal, state and local laws.

 3. Participation in any XRT event executes this Liability Release.

 4. By participating in any XRT event, I assume all risk of loss, damage, injury to myself and/or my property and hereby waive any and all claims in connection thereto against the XRT, Tournament Director(s), employees, agents, sponsors and other participants. 

5. I hereby unequivocally release XRT, Tournament Director(s), agents, sponsors, employees, agents, sponsors and other participants from any and all liability arising from my participation in any and all XRT events. 

6. I further agree to indemnify and hold harmless the XRT, Tournament Director(s), agents, sponsors, employees, agents, sponsors and other participants from and against any and all claims by my self and/or my heirs, family members, associates, assignees, team sponsors and representatives arising out of my participation in the XRT.

 7. I am of good physical and mental health and I am able to withstand the rigors and requirements of the XRT.

 8. I further agree that all equipment, property, boat and engine used by my team in the XRT is in good working condition and complies with all state laws. My team’s boat is currently covered by $100,000 in liability insurance. I agree to provide proof of liability insurance as required by XRT.

 9. I declare that I am of lawful age and legally competent to execute this Liability Release and agree this document to be binding to all heirs, assigns and representatives. In the event that I am under the age of 18, my parent or legal guardian is granted the specific authority to execute this document on my behalf by signing the Participant’s Signature line, and will be held responsible for me abiding to all of the Liability Release terms as they relate to my participation in any and all XRT events. 

 10. I have read and fully understand this Liability Release and agree to abide by the rules of this tournament, as well as all state laws.  

11. I acknowledge that there are risks associated with boating and that loss of property, injury or death could arise. I hereby unequivocally release XRT, Tournament Director(s), agents, sponsors, employees, agents, sponsors and other participants from any and all liability whatsoever.

 Having read and fully understanding this Liability Release, I agree to the above stated terms and conditions as shown by my signature below and demand that this document be enforced and followed by all courts of law.
